After cropping the clip down, I am going to start to look on Fiverr for voice actors to deliver the lines. I will only need 2 for the 2 main characters and the only 2 characters in the clip. I will however find 2 more as back up in case the 2 original do not deliver on time.
After I have found 2 voice actors, I am going to send them the transcript and clip and give them direction on how I would like the lines to be said like the tome/mood.
After I have the lines have been delivered, I will edit them and sync them up with the clip in an editing software I have called Hitfilm Express which is pretty much like Premier Pro but slightly different and free.
After the lines are synced to the clip, I will do Foley mostly off the internet though as I have run out of time which I need to get better at time management.
After all that is done I will get feedback from other people on my first edit
and then redo the parts that got feedback and need improving.
Risk Assessment
Script
You have a shoot plan and a risk assessment on here so far. Make sure you add your script on here as it's a plan of what you want the characters to say. I know your project is audio specific as it's an anime dub you're creating, but in my opinion maybe add a storyboard as you are dubbing over a visual piece if that makes sense. What I did for mine was that I made myself a Foley list where I wrote what sounds I am trying to make and how I will create them so if that helps you could do that. I don't think you need to do a location recce as you're not exactly going out to film in a specific location. As you're using Fiverr to find your voice actors, maybe add on here who is playing what character if that makes sense.
