  Here is the part of the anime I thought would be best to re dub as it has both of them talking and only them no one else, as those are the two that I wanted to focus on. Also the clip is short and simple so shouldn't cost much to pay 4 voice actors 2 as backups for the lines.

Analysis of the voices

What I think of their voices

In this clip both characters say enough lines to give you an idea of what they sound like, I think their voices are slightly off and I think I can find better voice actors to suit their characters more. The voice actors deliver the lines well I just don't think they suit the characters. When I first watched the anime I couldn't tell who was talking because their voices didn't match the characters.

White (Nai) his voice sounds forced which makes it sound unnatural, and whenever he tries to be emotional it just sounds even more forced and winey.

Blue (Gareki) his voice sounds grainy and winey which doesn't suit his character and again emotions don't show well though his voice they just sound forced. 

Peer opinions of their voices

After cropping the clip I showed it to a few peers to get their opinions on the voices of the main characters. They all mostly said the same things about the voices. Blue sounded older then he should be someone said he sounded like he had a sore throat and was trying too hard to sound like that, that he should probably sound more younger and clearer less grainy and raspy. White sounded too high, forced and unnatural, he sound more curious and innocent.

What their voiced should sound

Their voices don't quite match up with their characters, Gareki is a runaway who robs houses and mansions. Before he met Nai he was alone pretty much on the streets which tells me he should have a rough, straight forward, mature sounding voice as he has to adapt to living by himself and on the streets.

Nai on the other hand he doesn't remember much about his past and pretty much only knows Gareki so he should sound more curious and innocent as he doesn't remember much and only has Gareki to learn off of and to stick with. 

Influence for my idea

CDawgVA or rather Connor does redubbing on his YouTube channel. He is a voice actor himself and voice acts in some things. On his channel he makes voice acting content sometimes reviewing voice acting, voice acting for different things sometimes for fun sometimes professionally, and re-dubbing bad English dubs which is where my idea came from. When I first watched karnavel the voices to me didn't suit the characters and I couldn't tell who was talking because they sounded similar and the fact that I thought they didn't suit the characters didn't help.

So as Connor has done I wanted to redub it and find better voice actors for the two main character and try make it more watchable. In Connor's redub videos he either hires voice actors off of Fiverr or asks his twitter followers if they would like to take part, he tires to get the re dub as close to the original as he can with obviously better delivered lines.  

Fiverr

Fiverr is where I am going to pick 4 voice actors, 2 as back up in case they don't deliver on time. Fiverr is where most of the youtubers I have watched, do similar voice acting related videos, get their voice actors from so I trust that on there I will be able to find 2 voice actors that meet what I think the characters should sound like. Fiverr is a platform were you can get pretty much anything for a fiver not everything on there is a fiver but that is the main gist of the site. There are a mixture of people from different backgrounds on there some are just starting off to professionals who do it as an extra form of income. 

Target audience

I am not really creating a piece of media I am just changing it to make it better or more suited, so the target audience would remain the same as the anime was originally. Which I think would be and is 12 to 15 young teen females or feminine young males or anyone who likes colourful type anime with very shippable characters in it. I have not finished the anime I have not finished the anime because when I watched it I could not tell who was talking which made it hard for me to enjoy the anime. I am also very bad at time management and have run out of time to do a survey, so I think it will be safe to go with the anime's original target audience.

The anime's rating is 15, the genre of the anime is preferred to be classified as shounen fantasy. shounen anime/manga tend to be aimed at young males. Were as fantasy tends to be aimed at young females. The relationship between some of the characters and bright colours make people think the anime should be classed differently like said on T.H.E.M. anime reviews says 

I'm still unclear about why a show like Get Backers, which DOES have a pretty clear homoerotic relationship (between Kazuki and Juubei) gets classified as shounen, while THIS series, with just a "sensitive" male character (Yogi), and a kind of brotherly bond between Gareki and Nai, gets called josei.

This could show that the target audience didn't receive this anime well and an unintended audience received it better and thought that the genre should be changed to what they thought it would better suit as. So my target audience would be the unintended audience of the anime that received it better then the intended audience which is young males and females who like fantasy and shonen anime with bright colours and relationship tension.
